      Whenever I run the nausea seems to go away, but it comes back super strong later :( be careful running a 10k if u haven't been running for a while.... Mostly bc u need to keep ur heart rate less than 140 when working out to be sure ur baby is getting enough oxygen. It's hard when ur preggers bc ur HR is already elevated from the increased blood supply. Good luck, and listen to ur body :))

      I didn't ever battle nausea but my doctor was more lax on the heartrate. I was used to running and as long as I wasn't over 140 for more than an hour. You should be able to run the 10K because the heartrate doesn't go up for awhile.

      100 jumping jacks, 90 crunches, 80 squats, 70 leg lifts, 60 jumping jacks, 50 crunches, 40 squats, 30 leg lifts, 20 jumping jacks, and a 10 minute run (which I walked for 50 instead) :)

    Running outside is so much more of a mental game than being on my treadmill. Especially with the amount of hills in my little neighborhood!

    Covered the treadmill with my IPad and let Pandora keep me going. I had it in my head to do four but when I finally looked at the screen, I was already at 4.5. :)

    Mile 3- 8:45 :)

    Finished with 3 minutes of planks.
