    Awesome workout, tunes were rocking. I did 108 jumps in a row. Then did some Pilates mat.

    Awesome, I finally got it down where I can pass the hoop from foot to foot while lying down :-) and I can get the hoop from my hips up to my neck and off on m hand :-) Yay!

    I just moved my Spin bike in front of the TV, a little experiment ... I walk by or look at it all the time now.

    ran on a flatter area, didn't get as many walk signals and recovered on the walks faster.

  12. Ran 2.02 miles in 23:18! Shaved close to 2 minutes off my last time. I ran 1.2 miles straight through and then ran/walk the last .8 miles :-) yay!
