TurboFire Fire 55 EZ Class. I hurt my back and wasn't able to work out for 2 1/2 weeks, let alone sit, stand and lay down without pain. I've been back to working out for nearly 2 weeks doing TurboFire and am loving it. My back and hip are still not happy so I do some modifications, but I can tell I'm getting stronger. I can tell this program will help me be a stronger runner because the cardio is pretty intense.
