  1. RUN
great Run along the brow 5.02 km 00:41 13:00 pace

I took advantage of the beautiful day here on the mountain brow and went for a little 5K run. My pace was slowish but I am just happy to get out again.

  2. RUN
good Running bud in training run 2.42 km 00:26 17:18 pace

I convinced one of my new acquaintances to try running with me once a week. We started slow with 2 and 1s to get her started. It was great to get out again!

  3. RUN
good Vancouver run 5.42 km 00:44 12:57 pace

Finally went for a run in Vancouver. We've been doing a lot of hiking, walking and exploring but I haven't had a chance, nor had the energy to get out for a run before this. The Bug is ha... read more

  4. RUN
good stroller free run 5.06 km 00:34 10:49 pace

I probably should have used my toddler-free run opportunity for a longer one but I've had a pretty low energy level lately so I took it easy. It was Watson's first 5K without a stroller a... read more

  5. RUN
    good Hills! With a stroller! And a... 3.17 km 00:26 13:11 pace

I thought I would save time by running some hills rather than running 5K. Also, for some reason I feel like I *should* be running hills. Who knows why.

There is a slow, longish hill by my place ... read more

  6. RUN
great Long run! 9.6 km 01:08 11:23 pace

After taking Watson out for a short jaunt, I was up for some "me" time. I thought I would just run as far as it felt good. A friend that I hadn't spoken with in a long time called me... read more

  7. RUN
    great Watson's first run! 2.71 km 00:21 12:28 pace

Watson was really squirrelly this morning so I thought I would help him burn off some of that puppy energy. I didn't take him far, since he is still to young to run long distance. I also stuck... read more

great Scotia Half Marathon! 21.1 km 02:25 11:01 pace

I forgot to post this earlier. I was really happy with this run and reached a new PB, by 30 seconds but I'm still happy. At certain points I could tell that my pace would have been much better... read more

good Race Pace Mountain Brow run 10.31 km 01:10 10:54 pace

I am pretty pleased with this run. I felt good throughout. I'm a little disappointed in my pace because I was trying to keep it under 6:10 during the run periods. Sometimes I was at 5:40ish, b... read more

  10. RUN
great Solo run 8.51 km 00:55 10:22 pace

This was such a fun run. The sun was shining, the air was clear and I was stroller free! I was pleasantly surprised with this run because I had to pry my bottom off of the couch.

Since I almost e... read more

good Stroller run 5.02 km 00:34 11:01 pace

Another stroller run along the brow. I was finding the stroller a little heavier than usual and then realized all of the tires were low. I guess it's good to throw in some resistance training,... read more

  12. RUN
good WINDY run 20.01 km 02:35 12:26 pace

I'm wiped but I'm glad I got this 20K out of the way. Having 20K written in my calendar has been wearing on my mind. Running is a mind game! And a foot, knee, ankle and hip game.
