    The instructor was a tough one and it was a beginner class! But it's nice to be pushed in Yoga. I hate doing wimpy poses. haha. Plus I needed it to take my mind off Boston. :o(

    Felt like I was getting slower in my swimming but in fact got faster. Go figure.
    Stuck to breast stroke and side stroke today.
    4 minute cool down.
