    Good class as usual.1.2mile w/u. Followed by 2.4 miles tempo at around 8:40 pace. Then 1.2 c/d.
    Ended with some killer core work. I'll definitely be feeling it tomorrow!

      Mudwater is run bike run, but it's a road race. Dirty Duathlon needs a heavy duty mountain bike that I don't have.
