      Calf and toe raises. sounds like the longer runs are tiring the right lower leg muscles. Strengthening them should help. also the tennis ball roll will help.

      Great mileage! Sorry about the right foot. Weird mine bugs me too but more after speed work than LRs. Mark B's advice looks good. Good luck with those nice long runs!

      Sorry about those shins. I can sorta relate. But i almost blame the treadmill for my initial pains. hehe. hope you are feeling better fast. It's hard to deal with shin pain.
