I don't know what to do. I'm thinking no spin (since I never spin and I don't want NEW sore muscles) Unless you mean, just an easy - what 10-15?? Training schedule DOES call for cross training today then 3 on Thursday. Maybe swim. I'm really nervous Jog M. :(

Well... I'm going to run tomorrow, so hopefully they'll feel better. Tomorrow will be a week from my 20. Today my calves still feel tight. Going for a massage now!

Massage was awesome! (and much needed) Thanks for the run encouragement. My schedule has me running 6 tomorrow but I may just do a couple 3s this week instead. I thought I was pretty much supposed to stay off my wheels til race day!! I'll start with 3 and see how it goes. It would be great to get in an EASY 6... If its indeed easy! :)

feet not hurting either (knock on wood) after the 20, however, on that night - it felt like there was a little pebble under my skin, near ball of feet. That pain went away though.

it was only on one foot (the left) - it was bizarre. Even with my super soft slippers on, I felt like there was a tiny pebble in my shoe. I would take off my slipper and shake it out, nothing there -- then just stepped on my bare foot and felt the same thing. Fortunately it went away by the next morning. :)

Hee Hee...that's funny. Her philosophy was "I'd rather you have rested untrained legs than tired overtrained legs on race day". Sounds about right but I think if I run 20 next Sunday and around 10 the following Sunday, my legs might be ok. What do I know....

My nutrition is terrible, simply due to being lazy. However, even small stuff a few times thru the morning will keep your caloric intake where you need it to not bonk right out of the gate. Toast, bananas, yogurt, etc. stuff that you already know will not mess up your gut before a run?
