Wow, I felt really good today!! Hope I can keep it up. Even stopped for a potty break. Took my walk breaks when I felt like it...powered up with a Clif bar to start, then had 2 GU's along the way. About mile 8.5 I ran into Chris, who I haven't seen forever, he turned around and ran with me, I warned him that I was probably going to walk a little, and especially up the hill, but guess what we ran up the hill and only walked twice, he set the pace, which is what I love about him, I wasn't out of breath and we talked the whole way, just nice and easy...I wish we could smuggle him to Dayton...lol it was a great day...hope you all enjoy yours..cookout and baseball game later..REST tomorrow!!
