Went to the gym, did the elliptical, some chest presses and some shoulder presses. Came home and walked about 1/2 mile to the store for my grandma again...looking forward to my long one on Sat...I know, crazy!!! But it is only 12..haha

The thing I love most about training is how over the course of it your perception of a what is a 'long' run completely changes! Nice work today and best I luck tomorrow!
