Can I get a HELL YA!!!!!! Sorry for getting carried away...I hope I feel this good come marathon day!!! I felt 10 times better than I felt during my 12 miles last weekend..I hope it was because I figured I needed to concentrate on my eating this next month, I ate more carbs yesterday and a little more volume, and I didn't feel run down or heavy legged at all...I also walked a bit before I actually needed too..that could be it too, hopefully it will all fall into place, after today, I know I can cover the distance!!! Hey Dale, I also tried 1/2 a Clif bar at mile 8 and mile 14, maybe that gave me a little ummph!! I will definitely keep it up..also did 2GU's along the way..Have a great weekend everyone
