Wow, I seriously think these training runs are gonna kill me..lol..right now I am all about finishing and not too worried about time, I think that is the way I am going to have to approach it..just keep telling myself, it's all about finishing...took quite a bit of walking breaks again..but now it's onward and upward...have a great Sunday everyone.

One foot in front of the other gets it done! Nice long run---they can be hard to get through sometimes, but very nice work out there today!

Great job Lisa, that's the way long runs go at first, they feel like they are impossible and you can't possibly go further next time, and then suddenly you find your fitness and things start coming together.
