Should be pretty close to 4, got out of work late, so I was cranky..lol Felt crappy the 1st mile then got it going pretty good. Man it is still pretty humid out, I didn't realize how much when I left work..oh well it's done and I'm happy !!!! Rest day tomorrow, I'll be donating blood, then long one Sat...

    what time for Crusher blood donation? 4ish? I'm going to try to get the long run done tomorrow morn, if the weather holds up! Wish me luck! If I end up in the ER, I'll tell them to give you a call! lol 14...ugh!

    Glad you're not cranky anymore!! Ha ha, hey be careful on Sat. You're not up to snuff after giving a full pint of your oxygen carrying RBCs anyway, and with this humidity, you will dehydrate much more quickly. Replacing fluids is not equal to replacing your blood, so please be careful! I'm usually washed out for a week after a donation and don't feel completely normal for at least 2 weeks.
