Warmed up for a mile or so, then did intervals until about the last 3/4 of a mile..most of them on 8, a few on 9..still tempted for the 10, but not today..lol finished off with some shoulder presses and hip work..Happy Tuesday..


Sounds like some good work on the mill and the hip and shoulder work... Way to get it DONE!
