      I am not a big fan of the spin bike either Lisa, but getting out on a real bike and hitting trails and hills is so much fun! Its an amazingly fulfilling challenge as well. Expecially with friends! Good workout and have a great day!

      Repeat after me Lisa: 'I like to bike. I like to bike. I like to.....Ahhhh! The heck with it! It doesn't work anyway! Biking is in the book for me tomorrow. Would throw the book out but I need it if I want to keep training. And I do! Just saying! :+)
