EARLY morning run before work

4:45am, 70 degrees+ low humidty+ spittting rain+ slight breeze = bliss in comparison to what we have had lately. last 2 miles having no water or food in my stomach caught up to me and all I could think about was how good a coke sounded. I think from now on I'll just stick to 6 milers before work so i'm not miserable at the end of my run.
