    Nice morning for a run, muscles still feeling tired after few kms - which they shouldn't...must work that out (maybe a nice big steak :P)...but other than that...all good :D

      Hey Lisa, nice to see you enjoying your running over there. Do you stretch beforehand ? It Should help especially if you run first thing in the morning as your muscle are still in sleep mode. Also can try a warm up k - easy jog/walk - then go into a faster pace. Good luck and keep up the running :)

      also try to do a mixture of slow and faster workouts, if you can get out for even just a few minutes every day (or maybe every second day) even if it's for a walk you 'll teach those muscles to get used to it... then they will be begging you to go for exercise every day :)

    yay - second run of the day...I needed to run off all of my pop tarts.!! Legs felt a little laggy at the beginning, but got into a nice rhythm half way through the first lap :)

      Nah man - no hills O_O so boring with no hills....well, slight inclines, but only to enable you to walk over bridges...nothing like home
