    I was tired when I started but pushed to get through it. I started stage three today, walk 3 minutes and run 3 minutes. I also added incline on the run part of 1.0. 5985 steps

    Raining again today so back on the treadmill, wanted 3 miles but pushed to get through 2 starting again with another headache. Used a slight incline today on the running spots .5 incline.

      those headaches are a pain... get some magnesium and try it.

      you may want to look into FeverFew & Black Cohosh - herbal supplements that have been shown to reduce headaches in women "our age" ... hope you feel better!

      I already take magnesium my headaches are just very stubborn!! It also has feverfew and B2. Thanks
