    It took longer than expected for my legs to to loosen up but once they did I felt pretty good. Not bad for the last long run before Cap City. I am as ready as I will ever be!

    My legs are tired! Ready to taper and get ready for Cap City! I am really going to back off of running for the next week and a half to ensure that I can give it all I've got on May 5th!!!!

    Today's run felt okay after 12 miles on Saturday. My legs were really tight so I made sure to stretch really good after the run.
