    Prairie Fire Marathon 26.2 mi 05:33 12:42 pace

    Had to walk quite abit in the back half of this race, but it was a very cool course and I had an amazing time with some great running buddies!

      This is interesting to me... if your Garmin, died, how did you decide you were "done?" Does your body just feel it, or were you on a track that you know?

    great! pain free and energy to spare! I did 16 miles at NHP to Lake henfer and back in 2:54 and then finished up the reamining 4 miles at home Garmin-less

    Foot feeling a little better. Still not 100% but new lacing technique seems to relieve it some. Hoping to make it through my 20 on Sat! Weather was great!

    4th metatarsal in my foot gave me trouble at mile 2. Had to walk a quarter mile. It is gonna be a looooong and painful 20 miler on sat! Fingers crossed for a miraculous solution!
