Great Performance:
Cool that you got to run to Canada and back! I hate when a nagging pain suddenly pops up on you, especially in a race.

alright 9 miles 10/9 9 mi 01:32 10:14 pace
It was a tough run. Warmer than the past few weeks and my legs felt like lead. I'm resting up this week and drinking lots of water to stay hydrated before the Detroit Half this Sunday.

alright 3 miler 10/8 3.01 mi 00:27 08:58 pace
So, basically this run took me to Whole Foods. Just trying to be efficient with my time - run and groceries done before 9:30am! Beautiful weather and great to see so many people out.
-
I like to literally run errands, too. :o) Efficiency is the name of the game!

alright 4miler 4 mi 00:38 09:31 pace
Weather was absolutely perfect and legs felt fine but not my best run overall. Great to be outside and taking in the Fall day!

Sorry to hear about the injury. Full fracture or a stress fracture? Either way, I know how depressing injuries are, but it sounds like you have a positive attitude. Best wishes for a speedy and complete rehab.

Thanks guys! It was a stress fracture, but kept me on crutches for a month. I'm committed to taking my time coming back so I don't end up on them again!
