    My asthma was really acting up in the cold weather this morning. Made for a tough run and a lot of coughing!

      No good. I have to use my inhaler before heading out in cold weather. I wish I used it today. I needed it badly after my race.

    first run with my son in the jogging stroller. I'm glad I can do that now, but I think it will take some getting used to.
