Today's run was not good.. I haven't run in some time because I don't like running and I honestly suck at it. I did the first half at a decent pace (7.5mph) but I lose interest quickly and my lungs play games with my head. After about four minutes, I gave up and started a high incline walk. I need to run more often.. not because I enjoy it but because it's something I need to improve.
