I wouldn't consider myself "injuired" today, but gosh did I feel incredibly sick. I ate a crappy dinner and it made me nauseous the entire 2nd half of work. Since I did Pyxis, I really didn't do as much walking or stairs but I was pushing a cart of IVs. So it balances out.

    i average 0.8-1.0 miles per run, depending on how many floors I hit on a run. Now I found my pedometer and I'm better able to calculate my actual distance :-)
