Cardio for the day: something fun. I am not a great Latin dancer, by any standard. But that doesn't mean I can't do it anyway and not have a great time trying :-)

245 weight-lifting exercises alternating between shoulders, bis, & tris. Chair lifts and Side Tri Raises kicked my butt.. I'm used to doing 20+ STRs on each side, but I only got 15. Goals!
