  1. I did my first c25k training on Wed. My knees still hurt. How long is too long to be in pain from a workout? I'm living on ice and motrin. :-(

  2. I learned a very valuable lesson last night & this morning. When my knees start hurting I should stop running. I'm having trouble walking this morning because of my dumb knees. :(

      Yes listen to your body. Try more cycling or swimming =)

      I really want to run, but I'm not sure it's gonna happen. I'm not even sure about cycling today. Wish I could get a swim in.

      So what should my first step be? The 20 mins of intervals was too much. Should I run/walk for shorter or hop on the elliptical and do the 20mins there for awhile? I'm very discouraged.

    Great time with the kids at the aquarium. I had Z in the carrier in front & the backpack on my back so it was a pretty decent workout.

    What a horrible workout. I seriously thought I was gonna die. It was 25 degrees outside. I should have waited for the treadmill

  11. I got new running shoes today! I hope I can escape tomorrow to the gym & try to breal them in! I'd run outside but they're calling for freezing rain.

    Great spin. I didn't want to get on & do anything today, but I'm glad I got in a few miles and it actually turned into a great little spin.
