    I lifted more than I did last time and I increased weight each set!

    10 minute warm up pre-lifting. 5 minute warm-up/I need to feel my legs after lifting. 2minutes and 20 seconds walking (3 mph) and 40 seconds running (5 mph). My knees are a bit sore.

    I'm so out of shape. My legs were screaming at 8 minutes and my knee hurt. So I stopped and will do 10 minutes next week and add at least 2 minutes each time I ride.
