    great lift then cardio circuit

was tired, but hit 90lb for 5 reps on my squat, which is great progress and unexpected. I'll be damned if I ever get another running injury from weak hips/glutes again!

    good lift and cycle

good lift, weight moved well (especially happy with my last three sets of squats at 80lbs). Intervals of 1min hard/90 sec easy (for 25min) on the spin bike instead of sprints because my left shin ... read more

    good finally ran! 2.5 mi

Felt heavy/clumsy/slow, as I always do if I go too long without running. Some shin splints- annoying. Busted out some sprints in the last half mile. I usually enjoy sprinting and this was no exc... read more
