    A little slower than yesterday, but felt good. Followed it up with 30 minutes leg/glute work and 10 minutes abs.

    4 around the Headlands, 6 up the Haul Road with Maia. Lots of stops along the way for Maia to drink water. It was hot out! Probably my last long run before the Half.

    Beautiful day - once around the headlands, then up the hill all the way home! Major butt kicker.

    Legs felt fresh and strong. First time in a long time! Tried to keep at good pace, and did 1:01 with a bathroom stop and three water stops for Maia!

    Did ten minutes of abs and legs after 1.5 miles. Pretty tired overall from all the driving.
