      Maybe I should slowdown...but when I am running, I feel like I can go faster, but don't because of my ankle. I did get a sports massage arranged for Wednesday, we'll see how that goes!

    Had to stop early due to an uncomfortable feeling in my Achilles. I walked the rest of the way...so frustrating, grrr.

    Weight-lifting class at gym..."Power". I used to do this class religiously before kids....4 1/2 years later, I am back =)

      bummer. Mine was bother me a little and so I have been taking it off... take it easy and see if it gets better.

      It's been one week so far...and it has gotten better. However, I can't even run to the mailbox without it REALLY hurting...=( Talk about bad timing!
