Other than being totally snotty, felt awesome all around. Intended to do about 8 after a week off with the flu, but felt great and added in 2 extra. Kept my heart rate nice and low (although truthfully, that's totally a guess since I don't have a heart rate monitor anymore...it just felt good), and my legs felt great. Hoping I can use this as a jumping block to make up for taking all of last week to recover from the flu.
