Dear Achilles Tendon, I know you often feel left out, but did you have to make your presence known at mile 1? And then to be nagging me the whole time? Not to mention that extra sharp little jab you threw in at the Polo Fields. Really...I expect more from you. But maybe the slower pace is good...just some extra time on the legs.
