good Intervals on 38 4.16 mi 00:45 10:49 pace
1 mile easy warm up, then four 1/2 mile intervals at a hard pace with a 2 min walk in between, then an easy jog up the hill home. I need a quicker turn over but really dislike intervals.

Today was a hard day to run because of the sudden temp. increase. I stopped several times to rest too. Ugh!

3 miles plus 6 100 meter pickups . Good to run at the park again, first time since the flood, it's starting to look normal.
