The running mojo is BACK!

Was feeling so unmotivated, unenergised and basically crap and useless at running that I was having visions of chucking it all in. Then a good night's sleep and a crisp, sunny, cool autumn day got me out there again for my scheduled 11 mile long run.

It. was. great.

Felt fit and strong the whole way. Ran into manhattan via the Brooklyn Bridge and then down Broadway, around Battery Park and up the West Side Highway. Just a beautiful autumnal NY day. Stopped at lights when I had to, and had a couple of stops to take photos (I'm allowed - it's a long sloooow run). Last mile came in at around 9.20 so definitely had a lot of energy left.

Last tune of the run - 'Witness the Fitness'. Perfect.
