    First bike ride in FOR EVER. Felt good though. Actually just over 10 miles, as garmin off for a while. 3 loops of Prospect Park, plus to house and back.

    Dreading this run all day and almost didn't go. So cold and grey. Started to brighten up later in the day so I went for it. Very glad I did as I really enjoyed it and my legs felt very good.
