I just did a quick run, try to do a little less on Fridays, Kinda a rest day!! Got to watch my show, Trying to get caught up on Parent Hood, great show!! I am a little sore from alot of squats yesterday, good to be sore in different spots!! I also did 25 mins of my planks, pushups and Ab workout and rolled on the the foam roller more!! Bring on the weekend!! Happy Friday!! :)))))))
