What an awesome run, everything felt so right!!, I am at such a great place, I have been getting great workouts in . They always say if you put in the time, you will see results and with running, I'm seeing them all over!! Every Damn day!! cuz I want too and cuz I love it!! I love it that I can't wait to wake up the next day to run again!! :))Passion ~ I'm running with my Flag today!! :))))))))
