Nice surprise I got off work early today, I got a great strength training
Circuit in with jump roping I between each stations. Worked the machines hard. Then I did push ups and squats!! I did not have the right clothes along but it worked
. Great quick work out!! :) hopefully get a run in and then off for some family time at the movies before I leave soon for California! ! :)
