Well I really wanted to get up and run this morning, but I had a darn kink in my neck and just didnt have it in me!! I did get a run walk in this afternoon and my neck felt better by then!! I'm just trying to lay low this week to heal up from the big run!! I really just want to bust a move, but know I better not!! I got out before the rain and then headed to my massage and that is jut what I needed. She said my left leg (IT Band) was sooo tight, she worked it and then I stretched really good whenI got home from massage!!
