    It was a beautiful day up and at it early invite to town and then worked and then biked back home. It felt amazing. Also got a 2 mile run in on the gravel road.

    Awesome five-mile run even in the crazy wind. Also after I ran 17 miles yesterday my legs felt pretty darn good and I ran better than I expected. That makes me happy.
