    A little arms, a little legs... I didn't do my normal circuit in its entirety because I was getting fed up with fighting other people for free weights and the machines! Arggggh!

    Felt good to get things moving after the marathon. Surprisingly I'm not that sore. I'm guessing that's probably due to the fact that I didn't run the whole race.
