      6 weeks long. It's a training group for Tough Mudders and Warrior Dash so we do a lot of agility and strength work :)

    Day 2 of Warrior Camp- starting fitness test day... warm up, mile run, sit-ups, pull-ups, squats, push-ups, and 10 reps/10 sets/10 minutes workout. I'm so sore, but the good sore! :)

      Still sounds like tendonitis to me, but I echo Dean's question...might want to see a doctor to make sure it's not something more serious.

    I realized when I don't worry about pace, therefore run a little slower, I have a much more enjoyable run lol. I am able to go father and feel much better afterwards :)

    I am in need of a running and workout buddy because, clearly, I am not good at motivating myself to go. First run back in a while, felt good. This half marathon is going to kill me...

      It won't kill you...when is it? Do you have a local running store that has a running group? That always works for me. There are always enough groups at varying paces, ours even has a walking group now.

      It is April 13. And yes thankfully I just noticed my local store has a training group specifically for this marathon... which I plan on starting tomorrow :)
