Barefoot . Started out with a long sleeve shirt thinking of 6.5 and cool breeze. Ended up getting hot and taking the long sleeved off down to the flowered running top underneath and did the 8. The temp change plus the heat from running made a big difference.


And all that 8 miles barefoot!? Congrats! I couldn't do it ...
