Still not up to a good run and it was snowin' and blowin' today. SOOOO yesterday I bought a "special hula hoop" from my friend, Michelle who makes them and teaches Hooping. Worked my arms, waist and around my hips in both directions ( getting tricky< LOL ). I really felt it and I think my arms are glad I did this. So easy to pick up the hoop and go for it while watching the news or a video!

My husband did a mini documentary on some hula hoopers! It's a whole underground subculture and they are amazing! Sounds like fun, Linda! And hard to do after we grow up! lol :)

Cindy. that's cool about the documentary! The woman I bought mine from teaches and makes them. Hooping is really getting to be a big thing for exercise. I like it that I can just do it when I feel like now. Kind of like running and yoga. Subculture,nice. I love sub cultures. They make the world go around ( oh bad pun on the hooping ).
And I'm not sure I ever grew up LOL I like it like that!
