    Shaved a minute off my 3 mile run even after 10 days of no running! 4 sets of 6 minutes!! I've never done 6 minutes before and now I did 4 of them! Lower speed helped!!

      Me too, Lin! I had bad knee issues at the marathon last fall. I'm trying to just get out there to walk with some jogging in-between until I can have it checked out. What's going on with you?

      I signed up for a charity half marathon in December - I've never even run a full mile - but I was moving some heavy things last weekend and hurt my lower back - so far can do 3 pushing 4 minute walk/runs... but I was just starting to feel like I could go longer when I injured myself - I'm looking forward to starting again! Good luck to you!!!!

    I did 3 minute walk/runs and about 30 minutes in I did a 4 minute run!! I feel like stopping at 2:30 but than feel good again at 2:45... My hips hurt after last run - I hope I feel ok in the am!
