      You did good, Linda. And the town stuff was some movement -- just not the controlled kind I wanted to hear about. The best thing for arthritis is movement. I have proven that and you know it. Just keep going very easy until your knees begin to hurt less. It will happen.

      Good job Linda! I was thinking arthritis too when you mentioned soreness all the time. If it is, it's been proven over & over that movement is the best remedy. It doesn't cure it but it should get less stiff & painful, more comfortable for you over time. Do you have access to any other machines - like the eliptical or a pool?

      So sorry Linda, I would hate that too! You get kudos for effort tho! I was curious, is this the only time your knees hurt? Or do they hurt doing other things like going up stairs or squatting to pick things up?

      Thanks Vickie. They hurt all the time. Going up & down stairs is very painful. What I can't understand is why they started getting better, then wham, I'm back at square one again. Very frustrating!
