I ran with the running room group, and it was very fun. my knee was a bit sore near the end though...not used to running so far right now! It was a nice pace though.

Felt sore/a bit sluggish...from a aquafit? or lack of sleep. note to self...rinse canned beans well, and eat in moderation : p they kept me up all night. hehe

awesome! A little sore from step class...but overall felt strong the whole time : ) Ran on the board walk a bit, and it was so nice with the sun rising..

awww yeah! I am lucky. Before I moved here I would try and find some trails to run on once and a while :-) Mike thanks! I ran around 1pm though, so maybe not me?
