Oh, how I missed our Roland Avenue runs Tammi S.! This was great. With a hole cut in my shoe to give my broken pinky toe some breathing room, running seems to be fine - though slow! I am so glad Tammi was there to get me closer to my regular pace after the first mile. I have no idea how I'm going to get through the Baltimore have in 6+ weeks, but gonna give it a whirl. .

SO awesome to finally run with you and the lady dogs. Looking forward to another run next week and *maybe* I will get to see you this Saturday with the Pacemakers, if they have a 6 miler. FINGERS and TOES crossed :)

Jess - I'm running the half, but definitely with no time goals, since at the moment, I'm still running with a hole in my shoe to eliminate compression on the toe! :)
