Great morning for a run on the REL trail with Tammi S. and superdogs Reggie and Jessie. Reggie and Jessie particularly liked the fact that they've opened up the trail's paths down to the lake :) - but wow, were they gross when we were done! Showers all around!


That is a fun trail, I bet the dogs loved it.
