After a week of working round the clock, I really needed a lie in, run and stretch today! It's cold out there, but then I only noticed that for the first 500m once I warmed up it was a great day out! My ankle felt decidedly dodgy after my run on Sunday, but I was happy to get home with no problems today and I shall even risk another run tomorrow to make sure all is okay. I've got Reading Half Marathon coming up in April so I need to get a training programme together. A bit hard working three jobs and with the minimal daylight, but I can only try!
