Couldn't work out today. As some of you may have noticed Conte (hubby) hadn't worked out in a bit. After those back to back runs + football his RT calf had been hurting him. I admit, I kinda got on my soapbox about not overdoing the mileage (but that's besides the point). He told me over the phone today that his calf was hurting him really bad. I hadn't really seen it since he had covered it up with a compression sleeve. Well, he ended up going to the ER today for chest pressure. Naturally, the alarming thought was a PE but, low and behold, all tests came back negative (which is good). However, they couldn't explain the chest pressure: unknown etiology. He will need to follow up with an orthopedist for possible surgical repair of his calf muscle though and in the meantime was put on antibiotics for possible infection to that leg.

What a day. I may or may not run tomorrow. We will see if I can unwind tonight enough to be rested.

Be safe. Take care. And love your loved ones. Good night. XOXO

Glad to hear everything is ok. Also, thanks for quickly following up with quick definitions for all your Nursespeak. I was worried I'd have to start watching episodes of Scrubs to learn what your acronyms were. Positive thoughts your way.
