      I don't mind meeting up with others every so often, but I just can't make it a regular thing. Especially on my special Sunday long runs. I like to run at the pace I want to run, not the one predetermined by someone else. Just a little frustrated with today, that's all. :)

      :) Totally understand and was just giving you a hard time. The key is to make them keep up with you. If they can and they can talk at that speed, well more power to them. :)
